Andrew Farley has been involved in the field of imagery analysis since 1987 and specialises in the use of still images and video to identify people/objects, to analyse events/actions and provide image improvement and presentation.
Mr Farley served in the Royal Air force for almost 30 years, providing imagery support to all branches of the armed forces and government agencies. In 1997 he was awarded the Medmenham Trophy and title of Imagery Analyst of the Year by the Ministry of Defence, recognising his contribution to his specialisation for that year. In 2003 he was made a Member of the British Empire (MBE). He joined Keith Borer Consultants at the beginning of 2016 and has subsequently completed over 300 reports and over 100 peer reviews. He has also given evidence in court and has completed the Bond Solon Courtroom Skills Training course. Mr Farley is a member of the Forensic Imagery Analysis Group, which is part of the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences, and is a Law Enforcement & Emergency Services Video Association International (LEVA) certified Forensic Video Technician.
