Steven (Jack) Frost

Steven Frost is a Cell Site Analysis expert and joined the team in Durham in April 2020, after both police and military service. Mr Frost’s previous employment includes 12 years in the Royal Corps of Signals as a Radio Telegraphist and 23 years service with Durham Constabulary, qualifying as a Detective Constable and a Radio Frequency Propagation Survey Technician (College of Policing), following this up with Wi-Fi, 4G and call obfuscation techniques.

Mr Frost joined Keith Borer Consultants from North Yorkshire Police where he was employed as the Senior Radio Frequency Propagation Survey Technician and Digital Media Investigator. Whilst with North Yorkshire Police, he regularly undertook Cell Site Analysis work, produced high-quality reports and presented evidence at Crown Court. He also provided strategic digital advice on the most serious offences of homicide and cold case reviews. Mr Frost holds a City and Guilds qualification in Radio Frequency Propagation Survey.
