Kerri Allen joined Keith Borer Consultants in March 2022 with more than 30 years’ experience as a forensic biologist, firstly with the Forensic Science Service at their Huntingdon and London laboratories, followed by 10 years as a forensic consultant for a private consultancy. 

Her areas of expertise include the identification of body fluids and the interpretation of DNA profiling results, the analysis of textile fibres, hairs and damage to clothing. She has extensive expertise in the evaluation of the findings in a wide range of different case types, including sexual offences and other serious crimes such as murder and assault.

Mrs Allen has prepared many hundreds of reports and statements and has given evidence on numerous occasions, often at the Central Criminal Court.

Kerri Allen has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Zoology and a Master of Science in Forensic Science. She is a member of the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences. Mrs Allen can be contacted at our Huntingdon office.
