Hayley Ash
Dr Hayley Ash specialises in Collision Investigation Reconstruction and joined Keith Borer Consultants in November 2000. She is primarily instructed for civil proceedings but has also prepared reports for criminal, insurance and private cases. She has prepared reports for cases on behalf of both claimants and defendants, numerous joint statements with other experts, and been instructed as a single joint expert.
As part of her day-to-day role, Hayley examines incident loci, the vehicles involved, photographs, CCTV footage, witness statements and other technical reports.
