Chloe Graham

Chloe Graham has been employed by Keith Borer Consultants since September 2024 as a specialist in alcohol and drugs. She has completed courtroom skills training. Her areas of expertise include:

• Alcohol technical defence
• Interpretation of analytical data and advising on drug legislation
• Drug valuations, including those for the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA)
• Patterns of drug use

Ms Graham holds a First Class Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Chemistry from the University of York and a Master of Science degree with Distinction in Forensic Science from the University of Northumbria.
