We are pleased to announce that Nigel Cook joined KBC on 1st April 2014 to provide additional capacity for enhancement and analysis of CCTV footage. He has a background in crime scene forensic work and as a specialist imagery analyst with the RAF.
As many of our customers are aware, it is our preference to view the imagery so that we can provide you with an accurate estimate of costs. If you are awaiting disclosure, however, which is becoming an increasing problem, we can provide an estimate based on our experience of similar cases. We hope that we will not have to re-visit our estimate but unfortunately there may be some instances where this is unavoidable. If CCTV footage is critical to your case, please make a request to the CPS for a bit-by-bit copy of the original footage and player software where appropriate.
